MESSAGE: You'll
soon be cryin' poor O.S. p.8
Dec.22-2020 columnist L.Goldstein
1)
It is with some trepidation
that I respond to you as last time you put me on a trolling social website
which I couldn't shake off...nifty revenge, there, Goldy!
As one at age 79 who owns his own apartment and receiving a partial
teachers pension from a secure ON Pension Fund (most are being bandied about
with investments even in China), I am not cryin' poor
although I empathize with all those who are (largely at the expense of the top
1% of earners).
2)
'The
boys' in short pants saw how the imposed BILL 35 (B.C. 1985) could
ostracize Parliamentary gov't. giving us an
oligarchy. My challenge solely on the constitutional aspect was contorted in
Nova Scotia in 2017 by the law courts. The media were complicit.
3)
The message from
'the boys' was clear with the imposed carbon tax; play ball with us or
suffer a higher imposed tax. Those provinces whom ducked such as N.B. and
complied with the 'bully boy Feds' therefore, can expect lower cost
increases...in the interim. Further, rather than having Parl. pass the tax with
the courts serving as oversight as is the usual norm, the Feds placed the
judges front and centre in AB,SK MB and ON with no oversight. That is the real
story which the press continues to fumble. Only ON was right to reject the Fed.
juggernaut considering their earlier closing of coal mines. Now we have the imposed
CFR (CLEAN FUEL REGULATION), a logical extension to Fed. control as
you note.
4)
These imposed taxes
are nothing but that - taxes which can be used for any purpose including the
payment of civil servant salaries. If Freeland and her pit bull financial
advisor become the next P.M. (I submit Trudeau desperately wants out similar to
other Premiers 'bailing' such as in N.S. and MB.), civil servants will get 'chop, chop' which is long overdue in any event. Have
you ever tried to get a straight answer from mega companies whose taped message
is 'Your business is important to us'...oh, by the way, do not reply to this
message as this tape does not take replies.' That contradiction says it all
with COVID accentuating a deep consumer mistrust of all corporate interests;
the gov't. and media included.
5)
The bigger story
is that our economy was on the skids anyway due to an unsupportable algorithm
with COVID bringing everything to a head. 'Cheap money' is a poor way to
finance our recovery which can only rebound negatively on us down the road. An
expanded economy would appear to be a partial answer but it is still not
enough. Other countries in South America get around these problems by printing
money which has its own inflationary price ultimately collapsing those
economies. Germany saw that in the 1920's. Bitcoin
is a spoiler in that scenario.
6)
Worldwide,
workers are being priced out of the cities, with travel times on the increase
leaving city dwellers to be house poor. Where we lived in Vancouver in West
Point Grey is typical. Our friends with a grown family own a 4.3 million dollar
'average 3 bdrm. home' with their 4 children living about an hour away. Leaving
in 1987 for Ottawa after my fictional 'senior teacher lay-off for economic
reasons' in 1985 under the imposed BILL 35 turned
out to be fortuitous for my family...thank-you West Vancouver School Board, for
something, for as one door closes, another opens....I never thought I would
have said that.
7)
Many of the
pre-COVID jobs are not coming back with no replacement in sight similar to the
U.S. Bottom Line? You are fiddling, Goldy, while
Canada is burning....

RECENT 7dec. MEDIA
1)
I may have
written you earlier on the dangers of cutting out such as police pay while
officers are under suspension and the publicity thereto.
2)
SEE my website: employeescasecanada.ca
RECENT 7 dec. 20 for the ramifications of
a 35 year unresolved court case over a labour
issue where no compensation has been paid. The current buy-out option is
for $20 million which the conspirators would seek to 'ghost' in a hearing as Plaintiff
on Feb. 11-2021 leaving all North America vulnerable to a despicable driver
license suspension scheme by ON's Franco Alulio.
In absence of media exposure, I have turned to two U.S. Presidents to protect
N. America against this scourge.
3)
The point here is
that, as per contract, I was supposed to be kept on salary with my senior
teacher lay-off in West Vancouver for economic reasons under the imposed B.C.
Bill 35 but was not. If I had been, I would not be here today which
is the fate of all those suspended police officers without pay as the Employer
would just forget about them; that is why the 1990 Agreement for the Ottawa
Police was passed forbidding suspensions without pay.
4)
As to publicity,
I am certainly not a supporter of Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly
(See website); but adverse media publicity is a major problem as per Councillor Rick Chiarelli
controversy as the case gets tried in public with little recognition of the
legal rights of the afflicted person hence Sloly's
stand here deserves recognition. As to budget conscious politicians? Lay
the blame where blame belongs; namely, to court delays occasioned by both Crown
and Defense counsel for reasons of 'billable time nonsense'; something I can
vouch for before over 50 judges and still no resolution to my case. Similar to Chiartelli, I had complaints of slander against the
Employer undermined by a 'sweetheart deal' (a Union client must have the
permission of a Union to sue an Employer = sanction of sweetheart deal) but
publicity undermined my legal situation in that regard.
5)
Beware of 'Office
Politics' where a Superior victimizes an employee such as myself in which the
Professional Report on Teacher by a Principal was altered at West Van.
Secondary from a positive to a negative...and I caught the principal in writing
as to this perfidy. That's what brought on BILL 35; to protect an administrator
from charges of fraud which has been done, as I have shown, at the expense of
the entire Cdn. Justice System. I am on record as
calling for a trusteeship over the Ottawa Courts.

MESSAGE:
Please forward this e-mail to U.S. Larry Elder re. former SUN media
writer, Walter E. Williams (d). Elder is also a Sun media contributor. Dec. 14
p. 13
Thank-you, Roger Callow
1) Professor
W. Williams was my self-appointed 'point man' for the employeescasecanada.ca as
the U.S. is negatively affected by the pernicious driving license suspension
scam of Franco Alulio which, by
extension, suspends all legal representation for anyone so afflicted on any
matter. It is a scourge which two U.S. Presidents are sitting on
doing nothing.
2) The
proposed 2 hour hearing on Feb. 11-2021 designed by the conspirators in this
'walking back the Schrodinger cat (dead yet not dead) caper' is a threat to
both nations in the trial to end all trials for all courts of law in the world.
SEE employeescasecanada.ca RECENT
7 dec. for details.
3) Elder
is invited to view the above DEC.04 MEDIA analysis
of Williams on his demise by me.
4) In
one sense, Williams is idolizing - without mentioning any such connection
himself - such as the Jews as a society 'pulling themselves up by
their bootstraps' which he did on a personal level. The Jews went on to become,
some argue, exploiters in their own right. Nazi Germany reflected that theme.
While he does not state as much, some theorists have it that slavery made
eunuchs of black fatherhood leaving behind a frustrated society. Williams does
stress the negative effects of having the U.S. welfare department being
the 'father-figure' of a great many single black mothers. It's a dilemma
without equal.

F) A7 An article on the emerging digital courthouse lacking transparency
notes that evidence is not always available to a sitting judge as was the case
in paper filings. I experienced one such scam by the Ottawa courts (disclosure:
I have called for a trusteeship to be invoked over Ottawa Courts for other
reasons) where my 'paper rebuttal' was rejected to an action for a specious
'technical reason' by two young lawyers which I have accused of fraud. In
short, the court was willfully hamstringing my case with this omission. The
media is woefully remiss in failing to report on this case filed by these
lawyers against me (CV20-849830) to
be heard in early 2021. Not only do these two 'Bobbsey
Twins' expect to escape the fraud allegations which the Law Society of
Ontario refuses to investigate, they expect to enrich themselves at my
personal expense plus 'validating' the dismissal of all my previous actions by
inference of an unsubstantiated psychiatric disorder.
B) FOCUS: ONTARIO DEPUTY MINISTER OF
TRANSPORT-MEDICAL FRANCO ALULIO
BACKGROUND: Could you get by without your driver's
license? Most people could not and yet this is the central Nazi-like scheme
perpetrated in Ontario by Franco Alulio
(whom does not respond to my $10 million action against him) for perverting the
license suspension forms in such fashion that they cannot be challenged. A.G.
Doug Downey/plus NDP/Liberals/Media are MIA on the century's biggest
institutional scam which has seen the collapse of the Ottawa Courts taking down
with it all of Canada as a nation. The scam begins with Premier Ford who
inherited this 'dirty biscuit' from the Liberals. Young Dr. Jahagirdar
(Dr. J.), family physician at Towngate
Family Medicine was his agent. She conceded receiving an 'information'
about Oct. 15 -2019 which prompted her to write a letter - to whom and what was
stated - were redacted from my medical file which in turn was rubber stamped by
the investigating College of Physicians & Surgeons-ethical branch. I dismissed
her on Nov. 1 but she continued her relationship with the Ottawa Hospital
regardless. The particular arrangements with the Hospital for Boxing Day when I
was seized from my apartment on a specious court Order had to be pre-arranged
from the top; notably CEO Dr. Jack Kitts and his successor, Cameron Love. As I
passed those tests including an MRI, the cover-up began with my 9 day
incarceration in the mini lock-down ward in which the highly duplicitous young
psychiatrist, Dr. Sarah Chan attempted, in league with Dr. J., to overturn the
hospital results no doubt to save the rear-end of the Hospital at my expense in
Jan. 2020. The ensuing $10 million lawsuit laid against the hospital by me was
lifted by Ottawa Justice. C. MacLeod without a hearing so I sued him
only to have Master Kaufman repeat MacLeod's folly of no hearing to
dispense of that action. Hence Canada as a nation, to cut the story short, is
no more. PLACARD STAY OUT OF A CANADIAN COURTROOM UNLESS YOU
FIRST BUY THE JUDGE
MESSAGE:'The Missing Link between the two above topics.' (from 'a priori' to 'a posteriori')
1) Use of the term (not recognized in the forms), psychiatric in my driver license suspension without any substantiating fact caught everyone 'flat-footed' as it was meant to do. The 'walking back the cat' with the lawsuit by the Bobbsey Twin lawyers is a desperate attempt to justify an unjustifiable suspension. But it is the only option now available to the conspirators to explain away the multitude of legal cases laid by me and the aberrant conduct of some Ottawa court judges which has turned the entire Justice System on its head. Over to you President Biden.

MESSAGE:
1) Left on my telephone tape: by an unidentified person without a return telephone number yet invited to 'call her' to discuss my subscription problem.
2) I don't have a problem except the one created by Postmedia no doubt as a cover for the fact that they are broke. By falsely keeping such accounts as an 'asset' on their bank balance, they fudge their figures implying a successful ongoing business. The point is that in the past, I was always asked as to whether I wished to renew my subscription on a yearly or six month basis for which I sent a personal cheque. No such reminder was sent this time in a new digital renewal format. SEE 1) Dec. 02 above.
3) This corporate stunt is also used by a large internet provider. In the past, freed prisoners used to get jobs as enforcers busting legs for those who failed to pay their debt to organized crime. Now they get jobs working for corporations which will not take 'no' for ending a contract at pain of 'negatively impacting one's credit rating' which has no effect on this senior paying cash, as I do, for everything. A smaller internet Company which I use was asked to terminate one of my websites. A phone call from a Company representative regarding a small outstanding amount which should not have been charged, was corrected and I received a g-mail confirmation to the effect of a nil balance. Large corporations do not have such problem solvers it would seem...just bill collectors.
4) So for a second time, cancel my subscription for the Ottawa Citizen on the grounds that I did not renew it.
Yours truly, Roger Callow

Professor
Walter E. Williams - 1936-2020
epitaph by long-time
friend and senior to him, Professor Thomas Sowell (both black)
1) Walter Williams loved teaching.
Unlike too many other teachers today, he made it a point never to impose his
opinions on his students.
My riposte (R) Professor Williams was my 'point man' for the
U.S. in the employeescasecanada.ca as
he ran an itinerant column in the Ottawa Sun. 'Those who can't do,
teach' is a favourite aphorism and, as a former
teacher, I called on Williams to act but to no avail. The smarter students in
his class would ferret out his personal opinions in order to get higher marks.
2) ...in syndicated columns he
expressed his opinions boldly and unequivocally. R. no argument there
3) ...he died Wednesday Dec. 02 while working, just the way he wanted it. R. Few people are as lucky as Williams
in that regard as most people do not die well.
4) he was my best friend for half
a century R. Williams made many positive references to this relationship. And now
Sowell must continue on alone as many do when a close mate is lost.
5) no one I trusted more..whose
integrity.... R. Williams apologized to me in an e-mail when I thought he had snubbed me
verbally.
6) his book Race and Economics is a
must read...he studied racism in South Africa. R. The worst racism is among rival black tribes in Africa.
7) opposition to the welfare
state, as something doing more harm than good. R. One such article on single black mothers
pointed out how gov't
welfare became the 'de facto' father. In brief, a gov't
'hand up' became a 'hand out' with devastating family consequences. He also
decried the certification of black medical students who did not qualify to be
doctors done at the expense of patients.
8) holding a black belt in karate in which he successfully defended himself
from 3 assailants. R. no doubt a
signal achievement to get a black belt. I will hold applause on this one for if
the assailants used knives, it was a foolhardy venture. The article didn't say.
9) they (his wife and himself) would greet each other tenderly for the day. R. A lucky man to have such good friends in Sowell and his wife. No
mention is made of children and their teen-age zits which no doubt accounts for
this idyllic world.
10) Am I envious of Williams? Nope. Universities are full of back biting. I
wrote 'letters to the editor' (when they once accepted them) while Williams
wrote newspaper columns designed to attract Nobel Prizes (save me from a fate
worse than death as a conscientious recipient has to send them back when such
as Henry Kissinger received the Nobel Prize for Peace). Williams is not an
activist which currently many of his people are. I cannot see him taking 'the
bended knee'. Antigone's 'no' is not a part of his
regimen. In short, in my world, Williams looks good which is not necessarily
the same thing as being good. As to politicians spending his money, which he
deplored? My guess is that he secreted his cache while sneaking past St. Peter
at the Gate. Finally, I mean no harm to anyone and hopefully this account will
only be read by a very few whom are important to me, not the masses.
